No credit card needed to start

📒

Inquiries in notebooks and chats

Calls, walk-ins and portal leads end up in different places, so nothing is searchable.

🔎

Forgetting what the client wanted

Budget, location, bedrooms and timeline get lost between the first call and the site visit.

🏃

No view of who is handling what

You cannot tell which inquiries are new, who owns them or which are overdue.

Built around how property inquiries work

Capture everything about the requirement

A proper inquiry record

Client details, buy / rent / lease / sell, property type, location, size range, budget range, bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishing and brokerage — each inquiry gets its own number.

Your own dropdowns

Show, hide or require any field, rename labels, and edit the lists for source, status, priority, property type and more.

Cities and preferred areas

Set up the cities and areas you work in and pick preferred areas on each inquiry.

Find and follow up

Search and filter

Search by name, phone, email, inquiry number or location and filter by status, priority, source, property type, requirement or assigned person.

Follow-up dates

Set the next follow-up on every inquiry; overdue ones show up in red in the list.

Notes and history

Add notes and see a history of what happened on each inquiry, including imports and emails sent.

Email the client

Send an email from the inquiry through your own email settings; every send is logged.

Bring your data and your team

Import your sheet

Import inquiries from CSV or Excel using a downloadable template, with errors reported row by row.

Assign to your team

Give each inquiry an owner and control who can view, create, edit, delete or import with permissions.

Dashboard and branches

See new, converted and due-soon inquiries at a glance, with data kept separate for each office.
