Questions
Do candidates need to install anything?+
No. The application, the AI interview and slot booking all open from a link in the browser.
Can I trust the AI score?+
Use it as a first filter. It transcribes and rates each answer and writes a summary, but you always make the decision and can watch the recording.
Which calendars and meeting tools does it work with?+
Microsoft 365 / Outlook calendars and Teams links are supported, and the built-in video room runs on Jitsi. Google Calendar and Google Meet are not supported yet.
What about LinkedIn?+
You can import applicants from LinkedIn by CSV. Syncing jobs or applicants directly depends on approvals from LinkedIn itself, so we do not promise it.
